  2. About Undelivered Packages

    Sometimes, packages may be returned to us as they are undeliverable.

    A package may be undeliverable if:
    The package is damaged in transit.
    Delivery is refused by the recipient.
    The address given is incorrect. Always check your address before placing an order.
    Nobody is available to accept the delivery after multiple attempts Due to local and regional lockdowns,our ability to deliver packages is impacted in affected areas. In order to help prevent COVID19 spread, we are constantly working with the local authorities to ensure we have necessary clearances and passes while adding in more cities to resume services gradually.
    All undeliverable packages will be returned to us and a full refund will be processed (if the payment is already made).
    Our courier partners will not be able to retrieve and deliver an undeliverable package even if it is at a local courier station. Please re-order the item if you still wish to purchase the item.

  5. About Cash on Delivery (COD)

    Cash on delivery (COD), sometimes called pay on delivery or cash on demand, it is the sale of goods by placing online order where payment is made on delivery rather than in advance. If the goods are not paid for, they are returned to the retailer.

    Min COD amount is Rs. 500. It is advised that if you're placing an order online please arrange the cash before delivery associate (DA) arrives at your door.
    'Cash on Delivery' is not yet available for all pin codes.
    'Cash on Delivery' will not be available if your order value exceeds Rs. 20,000.
    'Cash on Delivery' may not be available for some items under 'Flash Deals'.

    What is a 'Containment Zone' and how are we maintaining social distancing norms while accepting Cash on Delivery.
    Local health authorities are classifying Containment Zones (buildings, locality within a pincode) with high risk of COVID-19 transmission. If your delivery address falls within a “Containment Zone”, DA will not deliver at your doorstep. you need to collect the package from the gate of your society or outside the containment zone else your order will be returned.

    Here are social distancing guidelines to be followed at doorstep:
    For no contact delivery, please keep a distance of 6 feet as COVID-19 safety measures to be followed. Put a clean newspaper, cloth or small chair outside the door.
    On arrival, the Delivery Associate (DA) will place package/delivery as instructed or on the floor in front of your door.
    The DA will ring bell or knock on door and step back a minimum of two (2) meters / 6 feet from the door while waiting for you to open the door.
    You have to place the money on top of the package and step back by two (2) meters/ 6 feet while the DA collects the cash. In case of change to be returned, the DA will place the change on top of package, step back by two (2) meters / 6 feet and request you to collect the change and the package/delivery.
